Pre-Mature Menopause: Part III

By: Mrs. Dee (View Profile)

Worried about wrinkles? Eat a healthy diet, drink plenty of water, exercise, no alcohol, and no cigarettes besides other things can help you keep your youth. We are as young as we feel, think, and act.

Loss of libido? Are you taking medication? Are you with a compatible sex partner? Are you inhibited about your sexuality? Ask Dr. Newman K. Lyn PhD., PE, who practices Tao principles and is the author of the Bridge between the Eastern Taoism Sexuality and the Western Engineering Science. There is a wealth of information in this site that can be helpful with the connection of your sexuality and menopause. You need not practice Taoism but the information is very informative and educational.

Personally, I would rather implement a healthy approach to menopause by being aware of the fact that it is what it is, move on and move forward. You see and face menopause how you see fit. Act on it and you will see a big difference in your life. This is a time to celebrate your womanhood, explore a new meaning in life, get to know yourself better than you have ever known yourself before, you are a great human being, remember that!

Please come back and visit my profile, as I will continue to write about menopause. In Pre-Mature Menopause: Part IV, I will discuss:

  • how physicians, scientists, and pharmaceutical companies ‘see’ menopause
  • a healthy approach to menopause
  • books, resources, and websites

Be healthy!
