2. Generate more ideas of activities to ensure that you are experiencing what is important to you on a continuous basis. For some people this step may require you to reprioritize different aspects of your life, while for others it may require you to make significant changes in your behavior.

3. Whenever you are faced with a decision to make or a goal to set, ask yourself if what you are thinking about is in alignment with what is most important to you. Only choose to do those things that are in alignment with your passions because when you do, you will be choosing to live with integrity.

Good work! Give yourself a pat on the back, look in the mirror, and tell yourself, “I’m awesome!”
