When I first meant my husband he was kind and gentle. Over time he got violent, he started pouring pee, cigarette butts, and other things on me. He started biting me, hitting me, and doing other things. He kept raping me when I didn’t want to do what he says or he would threaten to hurt members of my family if I didn’t do what he wanted. Once he went to jail so I went back to him and he sexually assaulted me very badly. But no one ever knew what he did or continues to do to me because I am ashamed of it.
