Keesha completed her Bachelors degree in Communications at Charter Oak State College, where she was able to fine tune her passion for people, business and communications.
She completed her Personal and Business Professional Coaching Core Competencies at Coach U in 2005.
She won the 2007 Health & Leadership Fellowship from the Connecticut Health Foundation, which is a year long study program on reducing health disparities in minority communities.
In September 2007, Keesha became a non-denomination ordained minister. Her ministries mission is to support people in the awakening of their goodness and connection to God.
Today, Keesha is far away from the life of self-loathing, sickness, and poverty. She has a fun, creative, and peace-filled life with her children and friends. She is the founder of Mayes Communications LLC. Mayes Communications LLC. Which owns and operates Time Smart Web Design & Business Services, and My Healer’s Directory, an on-line events directory for professional in the healing arts business.
She is also the host of Coach K! Talk Radio Show for Women, a weekly Internet empowerment talk radio show for Women.
Keesha conducts personal and group coaching programs. The Conscious Moms @ Work Business Building Group, which is a business building program designed for mothers that are on the conscious path and want to be successful in their business, family, and spiritual life.
