Weekends are typically the best time to visit, when most vendors are open and the market is lively with hungry patrons. “On Mondays everything is closed, and many stands are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays because business is typically slow,” advises Esposito. “Thursdays through Sundays are the best days to come, with Friday and Saturday being ideal.”
