Wish I Was Here: Seville

Maybe instead of wishing, I should be booking …

Can’t Make Carnival?
Get yourself to Seville on March 31 for the annual Fería de Abril, a week-long party of drink, food, and dance which takes place day and night in more than a thousand especially mounted tents. The Sevillians love to put on a show—the men parade on fine horses for the festival while the women dance about in brilliantly colored gypsy dresses.

Don't know if this is part of their easter celebrations where they have processions / parades in Seville from all the differernt churches (some of the robes are similar to those worn by the Klu Klux Clan). I visited there myself in Sept time which is also beautiful, balmy warm weather - nothing like we see in Ireland. Very good Tapas bars - you much try the Jambone!
