I used to enjoy finding the least expensive, but PLEASANT, enjoyable and good service places for my clients, whether it was a cruise or a hotel package. Unless they were the younger (under twenty-five), set, I would never book the cheapest hotel. There were three main reasons as a travel agent I never did that—one, the travel agent is the first person a disgruntled traveler calls upon returning home; and two, I wanted them to enjoy their vacation; and three, a satisfied traveler will do repeat business and tell others!
