We may have to play the office part and be a bit more buttoned-up than we’d like all week. Luckily, there are now a number of work totes and laptop cases on the market that allow us to infuse business day drab with a bit of our true Diva style. These bags are perfect for hauling from your desk to dinner on the town, and they bring out the Digital Diva in all of us!
The Lindsay Laptop Sleeve Tote from M Avery Designs is small and snug, custom fit for your computer, and comes in the fun fabric of your choosing.
The name might be corny, but Lapsack's bags are far from it. They’re sleek leather with a built-in padded laptop compartment and plenty of room for books and folders.
The Jennifer Tote from Uptown Bella is slightly more casual, packs a punch of color, and has a useful exterior pocket. It comes with the Sarah Sleeve that can be used with or without the tote. Can you say BONUS?
If the briefcase style suits you better but you want something more fun than traditional, the selection at Kolobags is a must-see. Bright colors and a mix of shapes and materials on these bags will make you feel better about hauling those work papers home with you.
Along the formal lines but more bag than briefcase is the Ellen, from Theresa Kathryn. Have you heard of this collection before? Perhaps that’s because The Apprentice’s favorite Season 5 Diva, Tammy Trenta, is its CEO.
Here’s another take on the cool bag conundrum. Do you have a favorite bag that would be perfect for work if only you had a laptop sleeve to put in it? These sleeves are stylish and they slide nicely into a lightweight, reversible tote from Sheila d or some of our favorite classic Longchamp bags.
Although Timbuktu is typically a campier brand than we Divas might prefer, this quilted sleeve is nice and spunky.
Looking for something ultra-slim that you can slip into your bag and really forget about once you've left for happy hour?
