Ad Femme of the Month: December '06

There is a huge need for qualified people in the field. I am saddened the most when I meet companies that have worked with other service providers and were sold a bill of goods that is not going to help their business. We need people that really understand the benefits and limitations of the technology to help companies make smart decisions.

16) How do you balance being a mom and business owner?

I have set times of the day to wear my mom hat and my business owner hat. During those times, I try not to “slip” into the other role. It doesn’t always work, but at least I consciously make a decision to change the balance on a given day if needed.
