This article was so helpful, particularly the part about, "shifting to a work culture where results instead of ‘face time,’ and productivity instead of ‘billable hours,’ are rewarded." With new technology, it's possible to track these results, so 'face time' feels as outdated as Benjamin Braddock's father's friend saying, "plastics" to him in the film, The Graduate. I hope that all women, workers and managers alike, continue to lead this shift as the old model feels incredibly outdated.

This is a great article - I agree 100%! But, where do we find jobs/careers like this? I've looked into IT Recruiting, but I'd like to explore all the posibilities. Does anyone know how to find those flexible jobs (for moms like me) - websites, papers, etc?
