It is a living artifact of a bygone era that is also available as a Pod cast and has launched a major online initiative to celebrate its 70th anniversary year. Surely this valuable and vital broadcast should outlast the courtroom morality plays and chat/fight fests that have imperiled its existence and that of its fellow soaps.
