Your career has brought you close to children with special needs, how has your experience helped you while in Africa?

Everything in my career has brought me to do this kind of work; I’ve never had a clear path. I’ve always followed what’s in front of me and done the next right thing for me. I guess being aware of the sensitivities and the needs of other people has been something I’ve been aware of for awhile and has been helpful.
