Many changes need to come forward in this country and we need the mortgage companies to get realistic and work with people in a realistic manner. We were told by one mortgage company they couldn’t work with us only because their hands were tied by company policy based all on credit score!!!!!
Many more foreclosures will be happen if changes aren’t made and quickly. Banks need to work with Americans also we keep them in business and they need reminders of this. We support local communities and banking industry. We all need to work together not against each other. Due to our experience and what has happened to us my husband suffered a heart attack from the stress and that’s what it took to get our home so we could finally say once again /we have our own home and not have to put our hard earned monies into a landlord's pocket. Renting is fine to start off with but when you have proven history of mortgage payments credit score shouldn’t be the only qualifying factor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
