I’m reminded of a good ole’ game of Dungeon and Dragons or when Harry Potter battled the evil Vladimir; when considering the explosive outburst erupting around the country tallying favorable numbers for the distinguished and well breed presidential candidate- Barack Obama. Despite the number of years this countries good ole’ boy system has fought to keep anyone of colored descent from rising to this pinnacle of recognition, America is about to change the face of history. The staggering number of voters who are turning out across the nation during this primary election has caused alarming disputes amongst conservatives, who are feverishly sweating bullets, in fear that our country will be over thrown by the likes of an African-American, gives me assurance that finally, this country will become a place of liberty and justice for all.
What troubles me is the platform our past and present Republican candidates have instituted to attain votes, implementing distorted speeches using various scriptures as a way to net voters into believing our country should continue moving forward—according to the laws handed down centuries ago, by grey haired white men, who specialized utilizing biblical falsehoods to gain a seat in running our country. Contrary to our American Constitution concerning liberty, freedom, and justice—it astonishes me how often Republican candidates lead millions astray through clever speeches—reminding voters of moral ethics taken from revised and manipulated scriptures. Considering our past Republican candidates conduct, who often strived on theories derived from biblical text, no one has been cleaver enough to convey the truth that Republicans are the same as “publicans,” according to scriptures found in Mark 2:[15 &16], and Luke 5:[30].
Seemingly, much of our country’s Christian community favors the use of revised scriptures, believing whole heartedly that our moral structure is better left in tack if we follow protocol of past elections, where conservative Bible belt leaders have swooped national votes with speeches combed with supposedly godly ethics. However, I cannot stand by and witness a loss for our presidential candidate Barack Obama, due to willful ignorance and lack of religious clarities. Instead, I prefer to sound the alarm, in an effort to expose the deception that has kept our country enslaved for decades.
