Hoping that everyone had a wonderful Christmas, and you survived all the chaos. It was maddening the malls—full, no parking. For me the shopping is more nerve wrecking than anything. But, the most important thing is we all made it through and I am thankful for that. We no longer buy toys we buy gift cards instead. That is easier for us at this time in our life. The children appreciate the cards because they can go and make the choice themselves. Well, we have gotten through Thanksgiving, Christmas, and now the New Year is approaching.
For my family we gave thanks on Thanksgiving for the many blessing and family. Christmas the reason for the season was Jesus birthday, happy birthday to Jesus. The New Year 2008 with the number eight represents a new beginning. I have decided that I am turning the page for something so new and different. I am excited already about 2008.
