8. Just for today I will create my own happiness and share that with those around me.

9. Just for today I will laugh at myself and share that laughter with those I love. 

10. Just for today I will suspend expectations and allow room for imagination to be a fun exercise.

11. Just for today I will suspend heavy judgment on my feelings and give them oxygen before deciding which ones deserve action.

12. Just for today I will accept I might miss a step or two and remember that tomorrow is another day.
