4 oz Ginger Ale
Mix the ingredients in a highball glass or something similar. Now it’s almost impossible, but if you want to make it into a more civilized cocktail, decorate with a couple slices of lemon. In addition, replacing Ginger Ale with Sprite or Mountain Dew is very common, and also very delicious. But, if MD is added, forget about it ever being civilized. Yet, it will be Kentucky and, although I am incredibly biased, I’ll take that any day of the week and eight times on Sunday. Surprisingly, I’m not very productive on Sundays.
