Here’s a taste of New Orleans ... made famous by the French Quarter’s Pat O’s!
Ingredients:
4 ounces Dark Rum
4 ounces Passion Fruit Syrup
2 ounces Grenadine
1 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
One orange Slice
One Maraschino Cherry
One Large Cocktail Shaker (filled 3/4 full with crushed ice)
One 26-ounce Hurricane Glass
Procedure:
1. Combine dark rum, passion fruit syrup, grenadine and fresh lime juice into cocktail shaker 3/4 full of crushed ice.
2. Shake vigorously for ten seconds.
3. Pour contents into tall 26-ounce Hurricane Glass and garnish with orange slice and cherry on top.
