I don’t know about you, but I love the combination taste of sweet and salty. Teriyaki Orange Sauce fits the bill ... and when it’s coated on chicken wings, Man! That’s good eatin’, and it’s easy to make.
Ingredients:
3 pound bag frozen pre-cooked breaded boneless chicken wings
1 quart orange juice
2 ounces teriyaki sauce
2 quart sauce pan
1 large baking sheet pan
1 large mixing bowl
1 large party serving tray
Procedure:
1. Pour your quart of orange juice into a sauce pan, blast it on the stove till the juice comes to a boil, then turn down the heat to a medium flame. Reduce the orange juice till half of it’s original volume, achieving a thick syrupy consistency, then add in the Teriyaki sauce, stirrin’ in real good.
2. Meanwhile, in a pre-heated 375 degree oven, bake your breaded boneless chicken wings on a sheet pan for twenty minutes, or till the wings are heated throughout and real crispy. Test one to make sure.
3. When your chicken wings are heated and crispy, place ‘em in a mixing bowl and pour the Orange Teriyaki sauce on top of ‘em, then toss together thoroughly.
4. Place the Orange Teriyaki Wings on a large party tray in a manner which they’ll not stick together.
