Guacamole Authentico

By: Sarah Pickerel (Little_personView Profile)

Good for a Cinco de Mayo fiesta!

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup chopped onions
  • One bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 pound tomatoes
  • Two avocadoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions:

1.      Peel and chop onions.

2.      Rinse and dry cilantro. Pull leaves off and chop finely.

3.      Drop the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, then peel and seed them, and cut in chunks.

4.      Cut, peel, and remove core from avocado. Mash it with a fork.

5.      Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Arriba!

Serves four, adjust accordingly.
