I admit that I probably wouldn’t watch the Superbowl were it not for Superbowl parties. Although I’m pumped for this year’s head to head—and rooting for the underdogs, the Giants—the real reason I’ll sit around and watch Lawrence Tynes botch kicks and Tom Brady roll ankles is the food, drinks, and friends. Any event that gives me an excuse to start drinking beer around noon and to eat a smorgasbord of unhealthy but delicious food is a good event by me. Below is a roundup of recipes to help make your Superbowl party a successful one.
First Half Appetizers
Spicy Sausage Poppers
Half-Time Chow Down
Seafood Skewers with Cajun Red Butter
Pancetta and Sage Chicken Wings
Fourth Quarter Finales
All Day Long Drinks
