Now that Hillary Clinton has won Texas, Ohio, and Rhode Island, the race with Barack Obama promises to be long and bitter. Florida and Michigan held early primaries, in defiance of the national party’s rules, so Clinton’s victories there do not count. Do you think the Michigan and Florida votes should count? Or should there be a new primary in the two states? Click on JOIN THE CHIT CHAT below and join the discussion.

When I tell my kids of a consequence for a certain action, I ALWAYS follow through. If I don't, I have no credibility. When Michigan and Florida decided to hold their primaries early, they were told that the consequence would be no delegate participation at the convention. There were no caveats about disregarding the consequence if the primaries from all the other states ended really close. They decided to go forward and have their primaries in order for their voices to be heard first. All the candidates made their campaigning decisions based on these states not participating in the convention. Now they're whining about it and want to change the rules. PLUS, they don't want to pay for a re-vote! If the DNC backs down and let's these states have a do-over, then they lose all credibility and future primaries will be a total circus of states bumping in front of each other in order to be the new Iowa or New Hampshire. It's a no brainer as to what to do. These states' votes should not count
