New Spring/Summer Shades from OPI

Here at DivineCaroline, we're busting out the dumplings and doing a little polka dance, because we're so excited about the new OPI collection for spring/summer 2013...Euro Centrale. Inspired by the modern-meets-ancient feel of countries like Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Romania, the collection includes a little bit of everything from brights to pastels to shimmers. "Whether you're looking to spice up a black and white print or add neutrality to a vivid brocade, these lacquers are designed to accessorize spring's hottest looks," says OPI Executive VP and Artistic Director Suzi Weiss-Fischmann.
