Yes ladies and gentlemen, the once-teen sensation has debuted a new look, and we're not quite sure what to think of it. Bynes recently posted pictures of herself showing off a makeover that included what appears to be a hooker wig beneath a beanie, heavy eye makeup, and bizarre dimple piercings. She clued everyone in with a "wink" on her Twitter account.
