Kim Kardashian and Kanye West make headlines no matter what they do. Their breathing habits would probably make the cover of any and all tabloid magazine. That said, when the couple du jour posed in a VERY suggestive position for the cover of the French magazine, L'Officiel Hommes, everyone went crazy because that's what you do when K & K do something.
