When I yell,
No one can hear me.
When I’m sad over something that is sad,
It’s ok to feel sad and even cry.
I am not responsible for the actions of others,
And I cannot control the actions of others.
California is not the land of fruits and nuts,
In a bad way.
Do not assume,
Ask why.
Sometimes people act like they’re angry at you,
When they’re angry at themselves.
Therapy is not for immature people,
But for people who are willing to take a look at things in themselves they don’t like and want to change.
