The Traveler's Heart

The sky is dark
I saw the moonlit night
I remember you
Will we be meeting again?

In cold places like this
I wish you were here
Fitting in my arms
Held close to you

The sky is blue
I saw the sunlight day
I remember you
Will we be meeting again?

In summer places like this
I wish you were here
Holding my hands
Clasp unto you

Its too much of a longing
Of desire for a kiss and a hug
To be with each other
To see one’s eyes and one soul

To be at peace with this trembling heart
To be united, to be cherished
To feel that were alive
To see that were real

Only time
Only God
Only you and me
And our love

It will travel pass the mountains
the valleys, the lakes, and rivers
even the moon and the stars
This that we have at the moment

The travelers heart.

(The poem I have written to Michael, the guy I mentioned in one of my letter to Dear Hubby)
