Ready for spring fashion?  Yeah, we're not either. It's still pretty cold out, not to mention that budget-wise, things are pretty tight from the holidays. But it's safe to say that in a month or two, the stores are going to be filled with items that will make us long for longer, warmer, brighter days. So although we're not rushing to get pedicures or start a fake tan, these are the trends we're saving our pennies for.
