Radiant Orchid
As Pantone's 2014 Color of the Year, Radiant Orchid will stay vibrant through spring and summer. This eye-catching color sparks creativity and awakens the imagination. A charming mix of pink and purple, this spring fashion color complements virtually every skin tone and makes your skin look flushed and summer-ready.

Placid Blue
As the name suggests, this color is inspired by a temperate sky and will likely become spring's new neutral. Stylists suggest wearing this color with slate gray, white, or vivid hues. Add a dreamy sense of calm to any outfit by adding a Placid Blue scarf or handbag. Or sport Placid Blue from head to toe. This soft color was made for monochrome.

Cayenne
This fiery, orange-red color is all drama. Wear Cayenne with comfy canvas shoes or a breezy kimono. Or add heat to a night out with a Cayenne tank and fierce clutch

Dazzling Blue
This color is cobalt turned up a notch. Try adding Dazzling Blue peplum or booties with a neutral skirt. For a more daring look pair the vibrant hue with Cayenne. A color combination that would truly add a spark to spring fashion 2014.

Freesia
This blazing yellow is vibrant, tropical, and over-the-top. Add a touch of sun to your wardrobe with a Freesia shoe or bag, or set your style ablaze with a sundress

Hemlock
With botanical boho roots, this color is a far cry from winter's emerald or army greens. Wear a Hemlock scarf or booties with Celosia Orange or Violet Tulip, or pair a Hemlock sweater with other greens for a muted monochrome look.

Paloma
This is a quintessential neutral with a new name. If black is too harsh for your springtime wardrobe, then try Paloma. This light gray can go from casual to chic, desk to date, and everywhere in between. Whether you try this color in a trendy pump or casual pant, this shade pairs with every hue in the spring color palette.

Violet Tulip
This vintage purple exudes femininity and adds a wistful romantic feel to an outfit. Try threading it into your wardrobe with a soft tulle skirt or leather handbag.

Celosia Orange
Celosia Orange holds a lot of sophistication for such an energetic color. Pantone suggests paring Celosia Orange bags or booties with Violet Tulip for a pastel-meets-vibrant outfit that is reminiscent of the setting sun.

Sand
Warm, cozy, and comfortable, Sand is a true neutral. Use this hue with spring colors. Pair it with Violet Tulip or Freesia (and a lazy day on the beach). Whether you add a Sand tote or tank to your wardrobe, this is sure to be the comfiest color of spring fashion 2014.
