Hey wanted to introduce my company/investing goals to this forum. We buy multi-family, commercial, and development projects and are looking to network w/ like minded individuals who have the same forward looking investment goals. We are not new to this business and have moved past investing in single family projects. We provide funding as well as intellectual investments into projects all over the United States. We look at feasibility as well as the prospective for what we feel is the best exit strategy for the project. To maximize the profit for all involved parties. Handling all the administrative aspects of the project is our niche. We don’t have fees, or dues, or get paid anything until all parties receive there profit. We form true partnerships!

Daniel Smith is like a lot of subcontractors that do not do satisfactory workmanship and yet expect to be paid without completing what they contract to do. Threats and bad mouthing is the only recourse you have when you do not do what your contractually obligated to complete.
It is very true that the job of a G.C. is a difficult one. We must work with a multitude of trades and people who sometimes are not capable of working in a reasonable manor to do the things that they claim are their specialty. These types of individuals and business are what have given such a bad name to those trades and contractors that do know what they are doing.

Jeph Burnett also owns JB Contractors,LLC. They do not pay their Subs, even with signed Contracts. They are involved in at least One Lawsuit with a former Client, and Jeph and his staff lie repeatedly and excessively. I, unfortunately, have money invested with him already. Not by choice, but by his non-payment of my invoices for work rendered.
Be very,very afraid.
