Would it be beneficial for a female owned/staffed business to hire a sissy male?
I've got that decision to make and my staff and I must push her in the right direction per previous agreement and we have every intention to do so, what do you think we should do as far as HER
FEMINIZATION?
What would you do as I want my girls and myself to feel safe around this sissy, so feminization sounds good. How far, how complete and how feminine should we make her.
Should I have HER sign a binding and detailed pre-hire agreement listing what we demand HER and how feminine we want HER to be?
This sissy loves demanding females and wants to be transformed at their hands, to me that indicates we would have a free hand and make any demands that we can, what demands would you suggest and should the transformation be partial or complete?
Thank you all and I desperately look forward to all of your feedback and advice on this.
Sincerely,
Sue

Sue,
Pamela is a lucky girl. I would embrace the task of creating your new female assistant.
If she is able to live ft as a female, give her hair a female style and color. I personally like to see a fashionable salon receptionist in a skirt suit, heels, long acrylic nails, pierced ears with hoops and of course matching silk or satin lingerie--preferably peeking out of the jacket. I hope you have been successful in her transformation and would love to talk with you further.

Wow, not even sure how to respond to this! I have several young gay men working for me, and they are wonderful to have around. They add extensively to our business. Sounds like you want to dominate this young fellow more than anything else. Let them be who they are, appreciate that, and you will get wonderful results. No need to "bind" them to an agreement. They are gay! You don't have to have them sign that.
