Belly Dance 4 Bumps DVD

Hi, just wanted to let everyone know about our new DVD – Belly Dance 4 Bumps it’s an exercise DVD for pregnant ladies. It may sound unusual but Bellydance has been used as a preparation for pregnancy and birth in the Middle East for generations which is what inspired this DVD.

I’ve been a professional dancer and choreographer for over 15 years and have many years of experience teaching dance and fitness to classes of all ages and abilities. During this time I discovered belly dance and since then have been performing and teaching to classes of all ages. Throughout my own pregnancy I continued to teach and perform as a belly dancer and became increasingly interested in the links between belly dance, pregnancy and birth.
