White Russian
By: Kate CarterI went through a big White Russian stage. They go down very smoothly, and are easy to make. Here's how I do it at home:
I get a cool, old-fashioned glass and fill it 1/2 with Vodka, 1/4 Kahlua and 1/4 milk or cream. Drop in some ice cubes and get ready for fun! (Big Lebowski style, of course).

A variation on this is the "ghetto" white russian: when you're out of kahlua, mix vodka with chocolate syrup and milk. Yes, drinking chocolate milk with vodka sounds gross, but trust me, it's anything but.
