Vodka Collins:
2 oz vodka
juice of 1/2 lemons
1 tsp powdered sugar
carbonated water
I cheat and make limeade or lemonade and add vodka!

Black Martini....my fav...
1 part Chambord (raspberry liquor)
2 parts Good Orange Vodka or Mandarin Vodka
Splash of cranberry juice
Put all in a shaker filled with ice - shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Nectar of the Goddesses! One or two are good but more will put you on the floor! Enjoy!

I agree with Brie....Vodka and anything is good. One of my favorites is Vodka and Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice or 5 Alive juice is also quite tasty. Another refreshing way to mix vodka is called a Sea Breeze:
1.5 oz. Vodka (Absolut-ly)
2 oz. grapefruit juice
2 oz. cranberry juice
1 twist lemon

This drink was created by a La Brisa bartender for me twenty years ago called, "The Scorpion". It's a super powered screwdriver. 2 shots vodka, 1 shot tequila, 1 shot brandy, 4 ounces orange juice, 2 ounces pineapple juice, 2 splashes sweet & sour, 1 dash triple sec, 1 lime wedge. Served on ice in a tall hurricane glass. Three of these babies will make you ready for bedtime. If you're goin' to drink, don't drive...that's why God created cabs!

I think vodka tastes pretty darn good with about any type of juice, but a greyhound (vodka mixed with fresh squeezed grapefruit) is one of my favorite concoctions. Also nice is vodka with a splash of chambord and sparkling water.

If you want to be up for awhile, possibly dancing, I would definitely mix your vodka with a little RedBull. Surprisingly tasty!
