Some of the best tips were how to recycle plastic bags, potato chip bags, and VHS tapes for home decorating: 1. crumple up plastic bags and fold them over several times; tie them in the middle with string or rubber band; cut the ends off, and the result looks like a flower--great for table settings and decorations. 2. reuse potato chip bags with the silver lining; turn them inside out and wash them; then use the shiny side as gift wrapping. 3. use old VHS tapes as ribbon for packages; open the tape casing and cut off the amount you need; curl the ends by running a scissor blade over them as you would with regular ribbon.

Ok my top 3 favorite tips from Danny 1) Tie some fresh eucalyptus leafs to your shower head and enjoy a very fresh shower. When the leaves are dry you can crush them and use them with your favorite body scrub. 2) Use concentrated detergent. It comes in a smaller container and Method brand makes a great one in different scents and unscented. You save on the expensive plastic it takes to make the larger containers. They just add water to those regular detergents so it seems like your getting more. With the concentrated you only need a capful in each load. 3) Self filtering water bottle. This saves on all the plastic we waste.
