Abundant Success

There, I’ve said it. I have enjoyed abundant success in my life. Not every day, month, or year, but I’ve had it. Chances are you have too, whether it was financially, professionally, personally, or spiritually.

There is nothing prideful or egotistic about working hard to achieve something, and then ruminating on the success (and the journey that led you to it). Yet, women are fearful of the concept, as if acknowledging their success will harm it, or bring it to an end.

Work Her Way Expert Kathy Caprino’s first book, Breakdown, Breakthrough dealt with women who have overcome a crisis. Fortunately and unfortunately, she did not lack for interesting subjects—many women reached out to her with an interest in telling of their crisis moments.

However, Kathy has found that women are less apt to open up about their abundant success, unless specifically asked.

So, we are asking.

Kathy is the lead researcher on a team that is studying abundant success. Here are her words:

Are you a working woman who has achieved “abundant success” on your terms—financially, professionally, personally, or spiritually? If so, I’d love to hear from you!

This national in-depth research study explores the stories of working women of all ages who are experiencing abundant success on their terms, and are living joyfully and thriving in the process.

This study looks at working women who consider themselves highly successful in life and work, and have insightful lessons to share about what it takes to co-create abundant success that allows for balance, well-being, fulfillment, passion, and purpose in a woman’s life and career.

If you have something to offer, please consider giving a small amount of your time to the Women Succeeding Abundantly National Research Study. I plan to participate, and I can’t wait to see what others are sharing.
