Remember to be Grateful

Sometimes we go through difficult times in our lives. Be it a divorce or a loss or even a transition. We may lose touch with ourselves or others. We may even have a difficult time moving on. What we need to do in such times is to remember to be greatful. We have to be thankful for what we do have. Our health, or family. Friends and pets. Each of these brings us happiness.

Life is not always about money or success. We enjoy these things but they do not always bring happiness. Sometimes enjoying the simpiler things in lifecan make us feel happy or greatful. Perhaps the smile of a small child as we are walking down the street. Or a dog running and playing in the park. Or even eating an ice cream cone on a warm summer day.

There are a lot of things that each of us have to be greatful for. Our reasons are drifferent. But most are the same. Health, families friends are just to name a few. No matter what we may go through in life, we need to remember to be greatful. This will make everything else a little bit easier to deal with. And bring more joy and happiness for each of us.
