1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 cup cream cheese
2 cups all purpose cream
1. Beat cream cheese and half of the sugar until well-blended. Set aside. Whip Alaska Crema and remaining sugar until double in volume. Fold in cheese mixture.
2. In another bowl, mix half a cup of the whipped mixture and chocolate until well-blended. Fill dessert cups or goblets three-fourths full of the white mixture and two tablespoons of the chocolate mixture. Swirl with a spoon to achieve a marble effect.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight. Garnish with chocolate shavings and broas.
