Sure, our bodies can and will burn more calories depending what exercise and what intensity and how long, how often, etc. But you should also choose whole grains, green leafy veggies, low fat milks, and yogurts.
Let me give everyone the heads-up on the right fats to consume. Safflower oil, peanut oil, soy oil mixed; one teaspoon of each consumed with one teaspoon of pure butter. Choose summer butter because the sunshine is a greater Vitamin D source. Also, eat fresh beef liver ( about 1/4 to 1/2 pounds, depending on appetite), hopefully organic. You can pan-fry the liver with the mixed oils.
Put the teaspoon of butter on whole wheat toast. Have four leaves of fresh, organic romaine or other super green lettuce. One cup of plain yogurt with enzymes (entered during the process of making the yogurt), and top the yogurt with a fresh fruit. Mixed berries, such as blue, black, and raspberry, or strawberry, can be used. This is a complete meal! And you can eat it anytime and go to bed and sleep at least eight hours. You will feel like exercising when you wake-up. This can be breakfast, dinner, or lunch on your day off.
On my next outing, I shall describe another well-balanced meal! One you are sure to love …
