Corn Pudding

A delicious southern dish!



4 eggs, well beaten

1/2 cup sugar

1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 cup sour cream

2 cups canned white shoepeg corn in water, drained

1 tablespoon flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 stick butter, melted



Beat eggs then stir in sugar, corn, and flour. Add milk, sour cream, salt, and butter. Mix well. Pour in 9 × 13 greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
