Fresh Sautéed Green Beans

This is a simple and easy way to get a side dish prepared quicky.
1 pound green beans

1 teaspoon unsalted butter

Ground pepper and sea salt
Place green beans in a steamer basket over boiling water, cover and steam until they still a little bit crunchy, about 8 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in the frying pan, heat 1 large teaspoon of butter and add ground pepper and sea salt.

Add the steamed green beans and toss until all of them are lightly covered in butter, about 2 to 4 minutes, depending on how hot the pan is. Remove from heat and check seasoning. Serves 5 to 6.
