Homemade Fudge

This is always a huge hit anywhere you bring it!


You will need : 


2 cups of crown sugar
1/2 cup of butter (non salted or half salted)
6 ounces of heavy cream (35%), also known as whipping cream
1 1/2 cups of icing sugar


In a saucepan, bring brown sugar, butter, and heavy cream to a boil, keep boiling for seven minutes.


Remove from heat and let it cool for 30 minutes.


Pour in icing sugar and stir well (I use an electric hand mixer, for about 2 minutes).


Pour into a square metal dish and refrigerate for 1 hour.


Cut into small pieces (VERY rich, sooo yummy!).


Serve and enjoy!
