I love to make homemade bread, but many times, it takes time for the good stuff. As a mother of three, helper on ranch, and blogging guru, I just don’t always have time to make those 12-hour sourdough rolls, so if you’ve got a couple of hours, this will be perfect you!
1 package RapidRise yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons oil
3 cups flour
Dissolve 1 package of yeast in 1 cup of warm water. Add to sugar, oil, salt, and flour. Mix and knead well. Let rise in warm place for 1 and 1/2 hours. Roll out 12 rolls and place in a greased pan for 12 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Quick, super easy, and so good! I chose to use a muffin pan, but you can use a regular casserole dish.
