We celebrated the vernal equinox this week—the first day of spring—an awesome time of year when the universe makes her glorious costume change.  It’s like she took a long look at her meteorological closet and said “Oh, this weather, it’s so yesterday, and it’s so drab!”
With that she signals the planet to get its color on and we feel compelled to do the same.
I love spring!  It’s not just a change of seasons, it’s the season of change, rebirth, and renewal.  And it does seem, “in an instant” buds bud, grasses green, temperatures warm.
Almost instantly I am moved to well, move.  Spring clean—not as some domestic goddess ritual, far from it.  I don’t do it for any other reason than I am hardwired to; it’s a sense of moving stuff out in preparation for … I haven’t a clue.  But that’s what spring does to me.  It moves me to get ready for something.  And whatever it is?  I want to make sure I have plenty of room for it!
Spring a time for clean up and clear out, get started, and mo-o-o-ove!  And, if we need to lay in some fresh, fun, frocks to suit the occasion?
Well … ‘tis the season!
