Asparagus has been more available these days. I love asparagus and I have made up my
mind to find ways to put more fresh veggies in my food.
This salad is simple and tastes great! Co-workers will see this salad and want to know what’s in it.
Spinach and Asparagus Plus Salad
Asparagus (uncooked) cut cross-wise into small circles
Tomatoes cut in to bite-sized pieces
Green onions cut cross-wise
Cucumber cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup First cold pressed Olive Oil
1/4 cup Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar
3 tablespoons Braggs Liquid Aminos
Mix well and pour over the salad according to taste desired.
