This is a super easy appetizer, great for Super Bowl Sunday! It’s adapted from a James Beard recipe and is really fast and delicious.
I am not giving amounts, because you can decide how many of these appetizers to make, and how full to stuff your croissants.
Polish Kielbasa. This comes in 1 pound packages, and is available in a “light” version from Hillshire Farm ®
10 oz tube(s) of crescent rolls
Cut the Kielbasa in thin strips.
Separate the pastry and place slices at the wide end. Roll up loosely and cook as directed in the crescent roll package.
You can have some mustard on the side to dip, but these are fine as is.
