Prop 8: Same Sex Marriage (Part 2)

It might surprise you to know that no matter what you yourself think of these people, that if they mobilize you to fight their battle that they think you much less intelligent than themselves and view you as a lesser a person than them. It does not matter who they are. Or how they are or how they represent themselves to us they consider them selves smarter than us.

  • What I have to say is this: Does it ever end?
  • Article 13 of the United States Declaration of Independence
  • Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness
  • God said thou shalt not judge least ye be judged

Now to Article 13, I wonder if their are any signatures on there from gay or bi-sexual men. According to the National Institute of Health, a full 29 percent of men in a single year study reported having sex with both men and women. Even further showed 42 percent of women report bi-sexual encounters.

The most widely accepted study of sexual practices in the United States is the National Health and Social Life Survey (NHSLS). The NHSLS found that 2.8 percent of the male and 1.4 percent of the female population identify themselves as gay, lesbian, or bisexual. See Laumann, et al, The Social Organization of Sex: Sexual Practices in the United States (1994). This amounts to nearly 4 million openly gay men and 2 million women who identify as lesbian.”

Now I guess I must have missed the second coming of Jesus. I do not know where I was. But I sure had to have been like rip van winkle and asleep. I believe I missed it. But then maybe I didn’t because if Jesus showed up, he forgot his promise to man. What was his promise to man upon his return? Oh wait, here it is.

The faithful do not receive eternal life until some time in the future, at “the coming of the Lord,” when “the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God.” At that time “the dead in Christ shall rise first.” So until “the coming of the Lord” the dead remain dead, in their graves. Until that time, none will have been resurrected to eternal life. No one will have “died and gone to heaven”! Jesus stated that “no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man” (John 3:13). So we know that at the time Jesus said this Abraham, Moses, David, and the prophets were all still in the grave. The apostle Peter confirmed this when he spoke of David, saying “Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulcher is with us unto this day. For David is not ascended into the heavens” (Acts 2:29 and 34). The Old Testament faithful will remain in their graves until “the coming of the Lord.” Then they will be resurrected, along with the faithful followers of Jesus.
The faithful who “are alive and remain” at “the coming of the Lord” will join the resurrected dead as they “meet the Lord in the air.”
Note that nothing was said about going to heaven. It was only stated that the faithful would “meet the Lord in the air” and would “ever be with the Lord.” Yes, there are verses such as Matthew 5:12 which state “Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven.” But it is a mistake to conclude that anyone will go to heaven to get their reward. Jesus plainly promised to bring the rewards with Him at His return from heaven to Earth: “And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be” (Revelation 22:12). Jesus plainly taught that the good works of the righteous would be recompensed (rewarded, repaid) at the resurrection, which we now know will occur at His return.

Then said he also to him that bade him, When thou makest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, neither thy kinsmen, nor thy rich neighbors; lest they also bid thee again, and a recompense be made thee. 13. But when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind: 14. And thou shalt be blessed; for they cannot recompense thee: for thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just.

Now people I haven’t seen anyone dead or alive rise into the sky yet. Yes on occasion some people have fallen from the sky but never ascended. Not yet.

So my question is this. Who appointed the church’s GOD. Who appointed the Pope God or Billy Graham or anyone else? This is country consumed with silliness.

I guess maybe somewhere in my childhood and pre-teen years they must have forgotten to tell me or even teach me that it was my responsibility to chose another persons happiness. My question is this how do I know what makes you happy?

This is crazy all across the country their are people who know what makes me happy and they don’t even know me. How can this be?

In 2004 I was invited to a remembrance in San Diego. It was for people killed because they were different. But then I guess here in this country we have a record of killing people who are guilty of one thing. Having a different color skin. But then in Nazi Germany they killed Jews. In South Africa they did much the same thing. These leaders Hitler and Daniel Francois Malan both of these and many many more white supremacists. Now truthfully I’m not white,I have dark brown curly hair brown eyes and olive skin. I say I’m white but am I really. But then who is white; is a red-haired, green-eyed, freckled person white because their skin burns easy?
