Forget the chips and dip, the veggie tray, and the sandwich platter. If you want to try something different for your guests, why not whip up some pancakes. Yes, I said pancakes. But, these are not your ordinary pancakes. These are Korean pancakes. Here’s what you do.
Use regular pancake batter and following directions accordingly. (I do prefer the light and fluffy batter mix.) Add in some shredded zucchini, shredded potatoes, and cut up green onions. Make in the pan as you normally would. When done cooking, cut the pancakes up like a sliced pizza and serve with soy sauce.
This recipe may sound a bit unusual, but I’m sure your friends will enjoy them.
