Even though we’ve all heard about the health benefits of taking naps, doing so isn’t exactly socially acceptable. The majority of us look for a quick fix like caffeine or short walk to snap us out of the midday slump. But wouldn’t it be nice to order forty winks instead of a latte? Wouldn’t it be great if we could enjoy power napping as a company perk? A girl can dream—but not during the hours of nine-to-five.
