I have now been lifted up above your afflicting hands, and you will no longer be able to hold me down. I now float above you, and I am free—free of all the harsh words and pain that you have placed upon me in my lifetime. You will no longer be able to tear me down, because I have now seen that I am a strong individual. I have also seen the light, and it has shown me that your afflicting hands you have placed upon me have torn me down; it is no longer acceptable. You will no longer be able to ever touch or kick me when I’m down—ever again. I am free, free of the hands that you once placed upon me.
